In 1969, Doug Cohn entered into a Franchise Agreement with Trane. This arrangement married the engineering strengths and global resources of Trane with the entrepreneurial business skills and personal financial investment of a local merchant/engineer. For the past four decades this combination has produced outstanding results and delivered the industry’s highest levels of customer satisfaction.
